What is WhimperWeb '97?

WhimperWeb '97 is the Internet presence of Marijn Minty Rubens. Born on March 8th 1996, he is the suavest boy in New Zealand (by far) and the world's southern most Gooner.

This Web site is not officially approved by the above baby, and as such probably falls foul of New Zealand's rigorous Privacy Act 1993.
